A full-scale campaign system for Farmen — positioning hormone-free, antibiotic-free chicken as the premium, elite choice — spanning hero campaigns, outdoor media, and an always-on social calendar.

The brief
Ordinary chicken was being sold on price. Farmen needed to be sold on trust — hormone-free, antibiotic-residue-free, PCOS-safe — to health-conscious households willing to pay more for meat they could feel good about feeding their families.
The approach
A rolling weekly content system that kept Farmen present in everyday moments — lunchboxes, family dinners, festive spreads — rather than only appearing when there was a promotion to push.
The outcome
